I experienced chronic discomfort for many years that caused distress and made it difficult to sleep. Fed up with prescription drugs and over-the-counter pain relievers, I sought a more holistic approach to alleviate my symptoms. 

Turning to cannabis, I visited countless dispensaries in search of THC-free CBD but found the process frustrating and challenging. All of the products had at least a trace of THC, which always ended up making me feel stoned. After being given a sample of Hemp CBD with 0.0% THC the benefits were immediate. I was symptom-free and embarked on a mission to research and gain a better understanding of the Endocannabinoid System. 

After several months of research, I was even more determined to share my experience with others in their 50s and beyond. Hemp CBD products can alleviate discomfort, distress, and sleeplessness, and I wanted everyone to know about it. With the help of my son (and web wizard) Collin, we designed a comprehensive website that is easy to navigate and provides educational information in an easy-to-understand manner.

With an entrepreneurial background in sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction, the next step was to provide products to the 55+ demographic and make them more affordable. We decided to work with a manufacturer of premium Hemp CBD products in Colorado and 55plus CBD was born.
